Dr Asadullah Khan has 18 years of experience in design, construction supervision and project/program management in South Asia and the Middle East. He holds BE (civil), MSc (geotechnics), PhD (strategic management) and PMP. His research interest involves strategic management, organizational development, business intelligence management, organizational/project business development, national/organizational cultures and its impact on project/organizational performance, employee motivation, management of mega projects with specific focus on ground improvement, grouting, tunneling and marine construction. Dr Asadullah is a Principal Engineer with WSP and responsible for the ground engineering infrastructure portfolio of Abu Dhabi General Services company.
